Over 60 children and their parents participated in the third community-wide PJ Library program on Sunday, April 29 at the Delaware Children's Museum. Rabbi Steven Saks of Adas Kodesch Shel Emeth read “Ella's Trip to Israel,” the Siegel JCC Early Childhood Center's Deena Nekoukar led the children on a trip to Israel and Israeli dancer Harriet Ainbinder taught the children several Israeli folk dances. Thanks to Amie Baker and her committee for a wonderful event and thanks to the Delaware Children’s Museum for hosting us!

Taste of the PJ Library

More than 30 families took part in A Taste of the PJ Library Sunday, November 7, 2010 as part of the Global Day of Jewish Learning. Rochel Flickstein of Chabad of Delaware and Deena Nekoukar of the Siegel JCC’s Early Childhood Center read Bagels From Benny and Bedtime Sh’ma at the program, organized by Young Leadership Division volunteers Mitzi Klatzkin, Rachel Ossman, Regan Root, Missy Rosenthal and Ilicia Strasser.
