Jennifer Goldstein
Jennifer Goldstein, MD MSc is the Director of Evidence Based Practice for Clinical Solutions at Elsevier Publishing Company and an Internal Medicine physician. Prior to her current role she served as Assistant Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency and an independent researcher on national and local health policy issues at ChristianaCare. Dr. Goldstein grew up on Long Island and earned a BA in Biological Sciences from Cornell University. She obtained her medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College (Jefferson Medical College) and then moved to New York City to complete residency training at The Mount Sinai Hospital, where she met her husband, Dr. Gregg Goldstein.
The couple completed their fellowships at The University of Pennsylvania, and moved to the Brandywine Valley in 2014 to raise their two young daughters. Dr. Goldstein is very thankful to have found such wonderful and supportive colleagues, mentors, friends, and families in the Delaware region and is committed to helping the Jewish community grow and thrive.

Jerome Nachlis
Jerome is a CPA, CGMA and a business executive with over 30 years of professional experience in a variety of industries. He has proven his business acumen in the areas of operations, finance, human resources, IT, and general management in both corporate and Nonprofit sectors. He has been a successful strategist and leader in the turnaround of fiscally and culturally challenged businesses, building cross-functional teams, and developing significant partnerships within organizations between core business functions (including development, programming, sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and maintenance). His responsibilities have included finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, customer service, planning, logistics, shipping and procurement. He has a proven track record in ERP and CRM integrated information systems and re-engineered processes such as finance, supply chain, warehousing and facilities management. He now runs his own business advisory practice, JPN Advisory Services, LLC, utilizing his wealth of experience.
Mr. Nachlis has served on numerous Boards in his community including the United Way of New Jersey, Jewish Federation of Delaware, Jewish Family Services of Delaware and Toledo, Ohio, Congregation Beth Shalom and the Siegel JCC. He is a graduate of Wilkes University and resides with his wife, Debbie, and their two sons, Joshua and Aaron, in Wilmington, Delaware.

Zach Platsis
Zach currently serves as the Director of Operations at BEP Analytics, a Controls Integration and Energy Analytics company (since early 2020). Prior to that, he was the Campus Energy Systems Manager at University of Delaware.
His passion is developing and delivering coordinated Enterprise Business Intelligence solutions. Focused primarily on working with Clients at the intersection of Energy Management Information Systems (EMIS), Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT).
Zach moved his family to Delaware in 2014 from Toledo, OH. For many years before that he resided in Southeast Michigan. He has two daughters: Sophia(14), and Miriam (12 – Bat Mitzvah this Fall). Since the family's arrival in Delaware they have been members of Congregation Beth Shalom, in Wilmington. Zach served the CBS board for three years including one year on the Executive Committee.
He and his wife, Liz, are committed and involved parents at Albert Einstein Academy. Their daughters Sophia and Miriam completed all K-5 grade at the school. Liz served on the Einstein board and Secretary for several years.
Zach joins Federation's board because he wishes to be more involved in the Jewish community and use his experience and skills to improve the impact Federation has on Delaware and the Brandywine Valley, nationally and around the world. He comes to us with a wide range of expertise from Facilities and Campus Planning to Capital Projects Development and IT!

Sara Rosen
Sara Rosen has been a member of Seaside Jewish Community since 2017. She is a Cochair of the Worship Committee and a board member. Sara has been an active member of multiple committees including Youth Education, Multifaith, Community Service and Adult Education. She is also active on the grassroots level of the Democratic Party in Sussex County and is a member of a new women’s fundraising group for nonprofits called Women Who Care Southern Delaware.
Before Sara retired, her career as a master’s level social worker led to employment that included medical and school social work. She also maintained a private practice. Sara ended her career as a teacher in a nursery school and then a constituent worker for now Senator Chris Van Hollen. Her best job, though, was as mother to three sons born within 4 years. That was some three on one institutional care!
Sara graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with an undergraduate degree in social welfare and a graduate degree in social work. She is married with three grown sons.

Yoav Tal
Yoav Tal is currently a Hospitalist, and Family Medicine Faculty Member at Christiana Care Health System. He grew up in Suburban Maryland outside of Washington DC where he attended Jewish Day School, attended Habonim Summer Camp, and went on Federation sponsored Israel experiences. His parents share a spectrum of the American and World Jewish experience. His mother, the granddaughter of Polish immigrants and his Father a Hungarian Refugee who moved to Israel in 1957. His parents met on the Kibbutz where she doing ulpan and he lived, and they later moved to Maryland right before Yoav was born.
Yoav later attended Oberlin College, studied Economics and International Development and following graduation spent some time working in the International Development field. During that time, he also worked in youth Jewish Education, working through synagogues and Jewish Day Schools. Ultimately though, Yoav decided to attend medical school in Beer Sheva, Israel where he graduated in 2010. Following residency, Yoav and his wife Missy moved to Wilmington to start their family.

Ned Weinberger
Ned Weinberger is a Partner at Labaton Sucharow LLP, a boutique law firm located in Wilmington, Delaware and New York, New York. Ned is Chair of the firm’s Corporate Governance and Shareholder Rights Litigation Practice.
Ned is also Vice President, and a Member of the Advisory Board, of the Institute for Law and Economic Policy (ILEP), a research and educational foundation dedicated to enhancing investor and consumer access to the civil justice system.
Ned earned his Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where he served on the Journal of Law and Education. He received his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Miami University.
Ned is married to Meredith Weinberger, a practicing optometrist in Delaware. They are parents to two young children: Elle (four) and Pierce (two).
